Hi, I’m Daisy Wight, REALTOR at RE/MAX Collaborative, part of The Wight House Team which is made up of myself and my oldest daughter, Sally, who joined the team in December. Together we provide buyer and seller services to clients in Downeast Maine and Midcoast Maine.

With my husband, Mike, we own and operate Broughman Builders in Ellsworth, Maine and a second location in Belfast, formerly Pray’s Homes. Our third location will be in Holden coming in 2019. We absolutely love every aspect of the construction process from the gritty first hole in the ground to the manicured, stylishly-decorated finished product. In September 2007, Broughman Builders took on the tremendous challenge of building the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition home in Milbridge, Maine for the Ray-Smith Family!

Part of my job at Broughman is designing and decorating our model homes, and I love helping clients prepare their homes to sell, as first impressions are so important! When a buyer can see the home and not be distracted, they have a much better experience. I enjoy assisting my clients in transforming their homes into impressionable, inviting showcases that produce a quick sale at top dollar. With me and my husband’s building expertise we lend a helpful hand to buyers searching for a quality home or those looking for a fixer-upper in need of some renovation and sparkle. My family also includes Sunny and Connor. Weekends and winter holidays are spent at Sugarloaf where the entire family enjoys skiing and snowboarding. In the summer we enjoy our camp on Patten Pond in Surry.
